- The best diet by far is one that is sustainable. The problem with fad diets is that they are too drastic for the dieters to maintain for an extended period of time. When this happens you end up losing the momentum you need for your diet and you gain the weight that you lost and then some. For you, the best diet is one that is BALANCED, while reducing calories at the same time. If is important for your to be physically active at least three times a week. You should have a diet that consists of a healthy split of protein, complex carbs, and fat. Your proteins should come from white lean meats, your carbohydrates should comes from vegetables, and your fats should come from fish or fish oil capsules. You should avoid empty calories because they are a disservice to you, that includes candy, white bread, paste, refined sugars, or anything that's out of a box from the grocery store. The key, then, is to have a balanced diet mixed with plenty of sleep and excersice. You should split your meals into six meals to keep your metabolism going all day long. If you have three meals now, that doesn't mean you eat twice as much, that means you eat less per sitting but more often. If you were to consume a good 2, 000 full calories per day you'd see yourself lose weight and never grow hungry at the same time. The key thing is to be DEDICATED and unrelenting, while allowing yourself 1 day a week where you can allow yourself a junk meal or two; only if you have been clean the entire week. While some have told you not to count calories, the truth of the matter is that you need to. You need to objectively see how many calories you have consumed because your body does indeed work with these numbers, you will not get far working on a whim of what feels go as opposed to what acutally is good
- The best diet for someone who has a lot to lose is to not diet at all. 1 Learn WHY you overeat. Do you eat when you're bored or stressed? Start a food journal and see why and when you over eat. Just going on a diet will not solve anything. You have to get to the root of the problem 2 do not count calories. Eat what you enjoy, eat wisely, and EAT IN MODERATION! Love what you eat, but stop when you're full. Drink 8 - 11 gl es of water a day, and take a vitamin. ALWAYS stay true to yourself. You're going to slip. Sometimes you will not be "good. " do not be hard on yourself. 3 EXERCISE! Find some sort of exercise that is fun for you. Cycling, pilates, yoga, swimming, etc. Find it and do it. For me it was walking and blading. I ran 12 minutes each night and lost 52 inches. 4 Stay off the scale. Instead, focus on your measurements. Fat weighs less than muscle, so if you're going to gain muscle m you're going to possibly not LOSE weight. Losing inches instead is just as handy. Think of it like this: you can be a size 10 and 150 pounds easily. 5 Focus on being healthy, not being thin. Learn to love who you are at ANY weight. Buy a new dress or something in a size smaller and put it on your wall. That's your new goal. Also, set small goals. Lose 2 inches in a month instead of 50 in 2 months. 6 do not expect immediate results. If you stay with it, you will see results in about a month. Keep going and stay strong. Remember that if you fall, you're human
- Here is what I do. I do not make long term goals. I start off by saying I am not going to drink coke or eat fast food for an entire week monday - friday then if I made it the whole week without eating either of the 2 I would reward myself by allowing myself to eat anything I wanted on saturday. Usually after going a week without coke and fast food I did not really crave them anyway. You have to ween your body off the unhealthy foods becaus you havebecome, in a way, addicted to them. You should also start working out. Start off small, go for a walk around your neighborhood. I promise after just a week of eating healthier and exercising you will start to feel better. You might not notice significant weightloss in a week, but remimber it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change

- DRINK WATER im not kinding! do not drink anything else and you will lose like 5 pounds there! join a dance cl or sumtin make sure you are active atleast an hour a day cut out junk food cept for the weekends. but do not overdo it either on the weekend! eat 6 small meals it will fasten up ur metabolism alll this helped me
